We’re looking for a motivated Cook & Management Trainee who’s ready to learn from the best, support our seasoned staff, and grow into a leadership role as we modernize and expand.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside veteran cooks to learn our signature dishes and kitchen standards
- Support daily prep, cooking, and service with consistency and care
- Train in inventory, ordering, scheduling, and kitchen operations
- Bring fresh energy, ideas, and reliability to a transitioning team
- Help shape the future of the Crack’d Pot as we evolve and grow
What We’re Looking For
- Some kitchen experience (professional or strong home cooking background)
- Eagerness to learn, take direction, and eventually lead
- Respect for tradition paired with enthusiasm for improvement
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
